DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, two dated March 2, 2018, and one entered May 14, 2019, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court also entered May 14, 2019. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 25, 2020, or, in the alternative, to direct the appellant to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 25, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
