ORDERED that the motion is denied, without costs. It is further
ORDERED that the dismissal of the appeal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 4, 2021. No further extensions of time will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
