ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied, without costs. It is further

ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated November 12, 2020 is deemed to be a valid notice of appeal with respect to the order and judgment of Supreme Court dated March 4, 2020. It is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the respondent's brief is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to December 6, 2021.
