DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 23, 2017. By order to show cause dated August 25, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 6, 2021.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
