William Laureano, Defendant, -and- New York City Environmental Control Board, New York City Parking Violations Bureau, New York City Transit Adjudication Bureau, Ana Loubriel, Luis Loubriel, Maria Loubriel, Rosa Loubriel, Defendants, Maria Figueroa, Proposed Intervenor-Appellant.


Proposed intervenor-appellant, Maria Figueroa and defendant William Laureano, having moved for a stay of any enforcement actions in this case, including eviction of any occupant of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 3, 2018, And an interim application for a stay having been denied by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated January 23, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
