AMENDED DECISION

The Court amends its Decision, entitled "DECISION, " filed January 17, 2013, in the above-captioned case.

The third sentence of the first full paragraph on page 4 should be deleted and replaced with the following sentence:

Attorney Taylor Humphrey filed a petition for writ of certiorari seeking review of the June 6, 2011 Order, by the Rhode Island Supreme Court.

The remaining content of the Decision filed on January 17, 2013 remains the same in all other respects.
