Defendant-appellant Mohammed A. Mannan having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 23, 2014 (M-4152), And defendant-appellant Mohammed A. Mannan having moved separately for a stay of eviction, and for other relief, pending hearing and determination of the appeal (M-4402), And plaintiff-respondent having cross-moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal (M-5131), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is denied (M-4152). The motion seeking a stay of eviction and other relief is denied as moot (M-4402). The cross-motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed (M-5131).
