Hroman Properties, LLC Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On March 10, 2022, petitioner filed two objections to motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction (Docket Index Nos. 7 and 8), which appear to be duplicative except for the date appearing on the document.

On March 22, 2022, petitioner filed a document improperly titled "brief in support of petition".

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's objection to motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed March 10, 2022, at Docket Index No. 7, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced brief in support of petition is recharacterized as a letter dated March 22, 2022.
