Before Division Three: Anthony Rex Gabbert, Presiding Judge, Lisa White Hardwick, Judge, Thomas N. Chapman, Judge

ORDER

Per Curiam:

J.A.L. appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court terminating his parental rights to his daughter H.R.L. In five points on appeal, J.A.L. claims the grounds for termination are not supported by substantial evidence and that the court abused its discretion in finding that termination of parental rights was in the child's best interest. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
