On December 29, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On January 25, 2022, respondent filed a Response in opposition to petitioner's motion to dismiss. On January 28, 2022, petitioner filed a Response to respondent's response.

On July 6, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Default Judgment.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed December 29, 2021, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Default Judgment, filed July 6, 2022, is denied.
