On June 10, 2022, petitioners, Jeffrey D. Hoyal and Lori D. Hoyal, filed a response to the Court's order to show cause. This response applies to both dockets in these consolidated cases, but the Hoyals only filed it in docket number 6791-20.

Until consolidated case features are added in the Court's DAWSON case management system, filings for consolidated cases must be made in each individual case. See Frequently Asked Questions About DAWSON on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov. We will remedy the failure to file the response in both cases. To do so, it is
