ORDER

On April 12, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 13) and a Settlement Stipulation (Doc. 14), which referenced an attached Statement of Account (Form 3623). No such Statement of Account was attached to the Settlement Stipulation.

On April 16, 2024, the parties filed a duplicate (Doc. 16) of the Settlement Stipulation previously filed, except that the parties attached the missing Statement of Account. Accordingly, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation filed April 12, 2024, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case.
