Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person, stenographic transcripts, assignment of counsel and for permission to proceed on original record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for disclosure is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for assignment of counsel is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person, stenographic transcripts and permission to proceed on the original record is denied, without costs, as unnecessary.
