MATTER OF THOMAS E. HOWARD, JR., PETITIONER-RESPONDENT, v. AMANDA L. HOWARD, RESPONDENT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 17, 2016, and the attorney for the children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John G. Koslosky, Esq., sworn to March 27, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before April 27, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
