Opinion

610 S.W.2d 285 (Ark.App. 1981) Lawanda R. HOWARD, Appellant, v. Robert L. HOWARD, Appellee. No. CA 80-505. Court of Appeals of Arkansas. January 21, 1981.

David B. Kaufman, Little Rock, for appellant.

        W. J. Walker, Little Rock, for appellee.

        PER CURIAM.

The appellant has filed a motion alleging that the transcript filed herein contains an exhibit not properly included in the record.

The exhibit is alleged to appear at page 259 of the transcript as defendant's Exhibit # 2. Under Rule 6(e) of the Arkansas Rules of Appellate Procedure, the trial court, even after the record is transmitted, may settle the record. The record filed herein is, therefore, certified to the trial court for that court to determine whether or not defendant's Exhibit # 2 appearing at page 259 of the transcript is properly in the record and, if not, to correct the record so that it will disclose what actually occurred in the trial court.
