ORDER

On November 15, 2022, respondent filed in the above-docked matter a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Amended Answer to Petition and simultaneously lodged therewith the corresponding Amended Answer (although both were mischaracterized for electronic filing purposes as a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Answer to Petition, as Amended, and an Answer to Petition, as Amended, respectively). The motion additionally indicated that petitioner had no objection to the granting thereof.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the documents filed November 15, 2022, at Docket Entries #7 and 8 shall be recharacterized as a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Amended Answer to Petition and an Amended Answer, respectively. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's just-referenced Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Amended Answer to Petition, filed November 15, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Amended Answer, lodged November 15, 2022, as of the date of this Order is served.
