This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed July 9, 2021. Petitioner's objections to respondent's motion are embodied in her reply, filed September 7, 2021. Taking into account the above-referenced submissions, as well as respondent's response, filed September 21, 2021, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion will be set for hearing during an Atlanta, Georgia, trial session that will be scheduled for the 2022 spring term.

The parties will be contacted to see if a time and date certain for the hearing should be set after the Atlanta, Georgia, trial session is scheduled.
