This case is currently set for trial during the Court's March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, trial session. On November 15, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 8) requesting additional time to apprise the Court of the status of its search and provide copies of any notices of deficiency found to be issued to petitioners for tax years 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, or 2019. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 16, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case. The report should also discuss whether a deficiency notice was issued to Mr. Howard and/or Mrs. Lockett-Howard for any of the years 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, or 2019.
