This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 5, 2023, in Boston, Massachusetts.

On May 12, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties have reached a basis of settlement, and are preparing decision documents. Respondent has requested an additional thirty (30) days in which to submit decision documents to the Court.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 5, 2023, in Boston, Massachusetts. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 5, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
