In a negligence action by the plaintiff wife individually to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her as the result of falling when her heel was caught and held in a hole of a defective mat at the bottom of a stairway in an elementary school where she was a teacher, and by her as the executrix of the estate of her deceased husband to recover damages for loss of her services and for medical expenses, the defendant board appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 18, 1960, on a jury's verdict after trial, in favor of plaintiffs. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
