ORDER

On January 7, 2016, this court issued an opinion affirming appellant's conviction. Appellant subsequently notified this court that he had changed his address and requested an extension of time to file a pro se response. The motion is granted.

This court's opinion filed January 7, 2016, is withdrawn, and our judgment of that date is vacated. The appeal is ordered reinstated.

In addition, we direct the Judge of the 208th District Court to afford appellant an opportunity to view the trial record in accordance with local procedure; that the clerk of that court furnish the record to appellant on or before February 16, 2016; that the clerk of that court certify to this court the date of delivery of the record to appellant; and that appellant file his pro se brief with this court within thirty days of that delivery date. The clerk is directed to deliver the record to appellant at the Wallace Unit, 1675 S. FM 3525, Colorado City, TX 75912.
