ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On November 16, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the petition does not bear the original signature of petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2021, petitioner shall file with the Court a Ratification of Petition ratifying and affirming the filing of the petition filed to commence this case. Failure to comply with this Order may result in dismissal of this case. Petitioner is reminded that ratification of petition may not be electronically filed, but must instead be filed in paper form and bear her original signature.
