ORDER


Plaintiffs, inmates Ezekiel Emanuel House and Richard Tyler, have filed a civil rights complaint. See 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West Supp. 2003). In an order dated May 5, 2004, the Court granted Plaintiffs' motion to proceed in forma pauperis. See 28 id. § 1915. That order required Plaintiffs to pay within thirty days initial partial filing fees of $1.71 and $0.87, respectively. To date, Plaintiffs have not complied.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs' complaint is dismissed without prejudice.
