This is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying appellant's motion to dismiss. The clerk's record was filed on April 17, 2020. Although the reporter's record had not been filed, nor had the court reporter advised the Court that no record was taken, appellant filed its brief on May 7, 2020. Because the Court was unaware whether a reporter's record had been taken, this brief was received only. On July 2, 2020, the court reporter advised that no record was taken. Accordingly, the Court set appellee's brief due on July 22, 2020. On July 1, 2020, appellee filed a motion for extension, requesting an extension until July 30, 2020.
The Court orders appellant's brief filed as of July 2, 2020. Appellee's motion for extension until July 30, 2020 is granted.
