Hough v. Hale

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit
Dec 29, 2008
305 F. App'x 108 (4th Cir. 2008)

Opinion

No. 08-8061.

Submitted: December 16, 2008.

Decided: December 29, 2008.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Norfolk. Rebecca Beach Smith, District Judge. (2:08-cv-00389-RBS-FBS).

Curtis Glenn Hough, Appellant Pro Se.

Before WILKINSON, MICHAEL, and KING, Circuit Judges.

Dismissed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

Curtis Glenn Hough appeals the district court's order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B) (2000). We have reviewed the record and find that this appeal is frivolous. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for the reasons stated by the district court. Hough v. Hale, No. 2:08-cv-00389-RBS-FBS (E.D. Va. filed Sept. 9 entered Sept. 10, 2008). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

DISMISSED.
