On August 15, 2024, respondent filed a Notice of Filing of the Administrative Record, a Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Administrative Record, and the Administrative Record, pursuant to Rule 93(a). If petitioner asserts that the administrative record filed by respondent is not complete, he may file a motion to complete or supplement the record pursuant to Rule 93(b).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that if petitioner asserts that the filed administrative record is not complete, petitioner may move on or before September 3, 2024, to complete or supplement the record.
