This case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at New York, New York, on February 27, 2023. Petitioner, Mofazzal Hossain appeared and was heard. There was no appearance by petitioner, Mahmuda Begum. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. The parties agreed and indicated a basis for settlement had been reached. Respondent requested thirty days to file a decision document. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that on or before March 29, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court a signed decision document or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
