PER CURIAM:

Kevin Hosley appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission affirming the dismissal by the Appeals Tribunal of an appeal of an overpayment determination on the basis that the appeal was not timely filed. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has, been provided to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
