Several mailings from the Court to Joshua Jeremaine Horton and Lacey E. Horton (petitioners) have been received as returned mail. It appears petitioners have not kept the Court informed of their current mailing address, as required by the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 10, 2024, petitioners shall file a Response to this Order and therein inform the Court as to their current mailing address. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve petitioners at the address provided in respondent's Response to the Court's Order served April 25, 2024, filed May 14, 2024.
