Upon due consideration of petitioner's Motion for Leave to File First Amendment to Petition (Embodying Amendment to Petition) filed in this case on July 20, 2022, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced motion is granted. It is further ORDERED that Kevin R. Horton is added as a petitioner in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Annette M. Horton and Kevin R. Horton, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue". It is further

ORDERED that, as respondent filed an answer on January 10, 2022, respondent is no longer required to file an answer, as directed by the Court's Order issued July 22, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 20, 2022, respondent shall file an answer to amendment to petition.
