Judgment in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $7,280, entered on the verdict of a jury in an action for damages for personal injuries sustained in a collision of two automobiles. Judgment reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of evidence. Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Johnston, JJ., concur; Lazansky, P.J., not voting.
