WRIT GRANTED. The January 27, 2017 judgment of the trial court that denied Scott L. Hornsby, II's Motion to Release Sequestered Property and ordered the release of the 2009 Model SK210 Kabelco Excavator to Martel Johnson is hereby reversed, and judgment is rendered in accordance with the October 4, 2016 district court order that the Excavator be released to Scott L. Hornsby, II. See La. C.C.P. art. 3576.
