Order unanimously modified by granting the motion to strike out the "Third" and the "Fourth" defenses in the amended answer, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the plaintiffs. Any payments or set-offs may be shown in the accounting as proper adjustments.
