Opinion

No. 89-3023.

November 14, 1990.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; James Carlisle, Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Anthony Calvello, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Don M. Rogers, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

The state agreed with the appellant that the trial court erred in not crediting him for time served in the Broward County Jail. Therefore we reverse for a modification of his sentence in accordance with the state's concession.

LETTS, STONE and GARRETT, JJ., concur.
