Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Buchanan County, Todd A. Greer, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals the district court ruling granting defendant City of Hazelton's motion for summary judgment and denying plaintiff's motion for summary judgment in plaintiff's action for specific performance and to quiet title. AFFIRMED.
