MAGGY HORGAN, Appellant v. JOHN HORGAN, Appellee

On Appeal from the 387th District Court Fort Bend County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 19-DCV-258949.

Panel Consists of Jewell, Bourliot, and Zimmerer, Justices.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

This appeal was previously abated in association with contentions that several trial exhibits were missing from the reporter's record. The trial court held a hearing on April 10, 2024 regarding the disputed trial exhibits. The trial court found, pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.6(f), that copies of the original exhibits were contained on a hard drive held by the court reporter who created a record of the underlying trial. The hard drive containing those exhibits was provided to this court, and we reinstated this case. Appellant has filed a motion to reconsider our "release of the stay of the Appellate case in chief, as ordered on May 10, 2024." We deny appellant's motion to reconsider.
