On May 26, 2022 respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss For Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Petitioner Melvin C. Hopson and To Change Caption. This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Chicago, Illinois on June 13, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted and Melvin C. Hopson is dismissed from this matter for lack of jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is changed to read: Geralyn A. McKendall-Hopson, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 13, 2022, submit a stipulated decision document for this case or file with the Court a status report as to the then present status of the case.
