HUSBAND AND WIFE, § 206 — separate maintenance, decree settling rights. Testimony considered and that part of the decree awarding separate maintenance affirmed, and portions of the decree awarding title to the furniture and furnishings to wife and ordering husband to pay the indebtedness thereon, debts of a tavern operated by husband and wife, and allowing solicitor's fees, reversed (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1941, ch. 68, par. 22; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 109.189).

Appeal from Circuit Court of Kankakee county; Hon. LUTHER B. BRATTON, presiding.
Reversed in part and remanded with directions. Heard in this court at February term, 1942.
