DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Dorothy K. Stevens, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Andrea J. Mooney, Esq., 301 South Geneva Street, Apt. 2F, Ithaca, NY 14850, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct.
