ORDER

This case was on the Court's May 1, 2023 San Francisco, California trial calendar. It is essentially a substantiation case, and we continued it in the hope that a tax clinic would step in to represent petitioner and help him gather and turn over the documentation that he needed to produce. Pro bono counsel stepped in.
The parties recently reported that the parties have reached a basis for settlement on all but one issue - but an issue that the parties do not believe will derail settlement. They ask for a bit more time to work on this remaining issue and request computations.
It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before September 30, 2024 the parties shall submit decision documents or file a joint status report describing their progress.
