Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's motion for continuance, filed November 9, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is set for hearing at a time and date certain of 9:30 a.m. on December 6, 2023, at the United States Courthouse, 300 N. Hogan Street, Room 6A, 6th Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32202. It is further

ORDERED that the parties need not appear on Monday, December 4, 2023, as previously directed and need not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the Standing Pretrial Order served July 13, 2023.

The Court is inclined to grant the motion. The hearing will focus on the future actions the parties intend to take to prepare the case for trial or resolve the case without the need for one.
