On February 16, 2022, counsel for respondent, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. In that motion, respondent requested that the Court remove attorney Sarah M. Raben as respondent's counsel of record. Furthermore, respondent's counsel represents that petitioner has no objection to the granting of counsel's motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed on February 16, 2022, is granted and attorney Sarah M. Raben is hereby withdrawn as respondent's counsel of record.
