JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that this action is dismissed pursuant to the March 26, 2024 Decision and Order of U.S. District Judge Mae A. D'Agostino which ORDERED that petitioner's motion for injunctive relief, Dkt. No. 2, is DENIED; ORDERED that petitioner may file an amended petition within thirty (30) days of the filing date of this Decision and Order; and ORDERED that if petitioner does not file an amended petition within thirty (30) days of the filing date of this Decision and Order, the Clerk shall enter judgment dismissing this action without further order of the Court, Habeas Rule 4. Petitioner has failed to file an amended petition as directed.
