This case is calendared for a remote trial at the stand-alone remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 31, 2022.

On July 26, 2022, petitioner filed a motion to permit expert witness to testify without a written report regarding industry practice pursuant to Rule 143(g)(3), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's motion to permit expert witness to testify without a written report regarding industry practice pursuant to Rule 143(g)(3), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, filed July 26, 2022.
