This case was on the Court's March 6, 2023 trial calendar for Dallas, Texas. It raises questions mostly about passthrough adjustments from an S corporation. The parties recently reported that while they have had productive settlement negotiations those negotiations have stalled due to a recent medical complication and the hospitalization of Mrs. Honse. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before August 29, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried.
