ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case is on the Court's March 6, 2023 trial calendar for Dallas, Texas. It raises questions mostly about passthrough adjustments from an S corporation. It had been continued once before, so when we received a second motion for continuance we spoke with the parties. We advised them that we wished to see substantial completion of informal discovery before granting a continuance. Last week the parties reported that petitioners had produced hundreds of pages of useful documentation and both thought settlement likely. With this, it can be

ORDERED that the parties' February 1, 2023 motion to continue this case is granted in that it is stricken from the Court's March 6, 2023 trial calendar for Dallas, Texas. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also

ORDERED that on or before May 1, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried.
