This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 29, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session. On November 18, 2021, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues, and respondent filed a Status Report, advising that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and requesting 60 days to submit stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 29, 2021, Miami, Florida, remote trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 18, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court proposed stipulated decision documents, or file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
