Order entered on June 28, 1961, unanimously modified, on the law, on the facts, and in the exercise of discretion, with $20 costs and disbursements to appellants, and the motion granted to the extent of requiring plaintiffs to serve an amended complaint separately stating and numbering the separate causes of action of the eight plaintiffs, and eliminating in such amended complaint all the allegations and descriptive portions relating to the fact that the action is representative in character. Such amended complaint is to be served within 20 days after the entry of the order hereon. (See memorandum upon companion appeal, Medvec v. 333 East 69th St. Corp., 14 A.D.2d 849.) Settle order on notice.
