ORDER


For the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum, it is, this 7th day of July 2006, ORDERED that

1) Defendant Baltimore County's motion to dismiss is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff Loretta A. Honeycutt's assertion that she was entitled under the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., to be transferred to a more accommodating position; and

2) Defendant Baltimore County's motion to dismiss or for summary judgment is otherwise DENIED.
