An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 10, 2020, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order 1) formally lifting the bankruptcy stay on this appeal in accordance with the Bankruptcy Court's Order dated April 13, 2021; and 2) upon lifting the bankruptcy stay, pursuant to 22 NYCRR §§ 1000.9(a), (b), and 1250.9(b)(g), enlarging defendant-appellant's time in which to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, the bankruptcy stay lifted, and the time to perfect the appeal extended to the December 2021 Term.
